At J Signs & Graphics, we take pride in the quality of our wraps and decals; however, we are not liable for any issues resulting from pre-existing conditions on the application surface. This includes, but is not limited to, paint chipping, peeling, rust, oxidation, or other damage to vehicle bodies or wall surfaces that may compromise adhesion. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the surface is in proper condition prior to installation. Any failure of the wrap or decal due to these underlying issues is not covered under warranty.
